This Privacy Policy explains how the Pocket PM browser extension (“Pocket PM”, “we”, “the extension”) handles information when you use it.

Pocket PM is designed to work locally on your device. Pocket PM does not operate a backend server that receives your chat content.

1. Summary

• Do we upload your chats to a Pocket PM server? No.
• Where is data stored? On your device: Chrome storage and your Downloads folder.
• Which sites can the extension access? Only ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini pages you visit.
• When do we read a page? When you use Save / Connect / Set as original (and related automation you start).

2. Information the extension processes

When you use Pocket PM features, the extension may process:

2.1 Conversation content you choose to save or connect

• Message text from the active ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini conversation
• Conversation title, URL, chat/conversation id (when available)
• Platform name (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Capture metadata (for example approximate turn count, capture time)

2.2 Files generated for you

• Markdown snapshots such as conversation_YYYY-MM-DD_HHmmss.md
